Do you run sales or promotions?

Yes. We run rotating promotions throughout the year. If a promotion is active, eligible discounts will apply automatically at checkout unless a code is listed.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise noted.

My discount code isn’t working,what should I do?

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We’ll do our best if you contact us quickly. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email,what now?

Check spam/junk folders first. If you still don’t see it, contact us with your name and the email used at checkout and we’ll confirm your order status.

Why is my payment being declined?

This can happen if billing details don’t match or your bank blocks the transaction. Try again, use a different payment method, or contact your bank for approval.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

How long does it take to process an order?

Which carriers do you use?

We currently ship primarily through FedEx. We are transitioning to USPS for select orders. Your carrier and tracking link will be provided once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my package. What should I do?

First, check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.

My package is delayed,what does this mean?

Carrier delays can happen due to weather, volume, or routing issues. If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll assist.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Sometimes, yes,especially for multi-item orders. If items ship separately, you’ll receive separate tracking details.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Do you offer exchanges?

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping depends on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our error, we’ll help cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
